Cailey knew at a young age, after working as a physiotherapist assistant, that she wanted to help people. This is when she found her true calling and pursued a career in massage therapy.

Cailey started her practice at a massage therapy clinic that focused on women’s health. In addition to treating all clients with general muscle strain, injury, postural imbalances, and sports-related injuries, Cailey gained extensive experience with pre- (and post-) natal massage from 4 to 42 weeks of pregnancy, and many of the conditions that can arise during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond.

She treats breast tissue, mastitis, TMJ pain/dysfunction, headaches, swelling, and mobile limitations due to fascial restrictions or scar tissue from post-surgical incisions. Cailey is an avid listener, which has also led to positive feedback from clients going through stressful, emotional and overall mentally draining situations that can arise with everyday life.

With all of her gathered experience, Cailey is well accustomed to aiding clients in the recovery process. She knows first hand what it is like to deal with debilitating injuries or pain, which in part has led her to where she is today. Her main goal as an RMT is to provide a positive, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for the healing process to take place. She is focused on her clients' comfort and on providing all clients with an effective treatment in a professional and supportive environment.

Previous to being an RMT, Cailey has more than eight years of experience in the customer service industry. This has taught her to be kind, caring and empathetic to others. In her spare time, Cailey can be found biking, hiking, reading, or spending time with friends and family. But most of all, she enjoys spending time with her lovable and rambunctious fur-baby, Buddha, who is a boxer/akita mixed pup!

Cailey is delighted to be practicing at Body Poets, where her clientele incorporates both long-time and new clients - whom she always looks forward to meeting.
