Stacy is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), following her 10 years of service in the Royal Canadian Navy.

Besides her training in Swedish massage techniques, therapeutic relaxation massage, and orthopedic assessments, Stacy has a 70-hour certificate in sports therapy techniques through CCMH; she also has a certificate in cupping massage therapy; these techniques can be used within her regular treatments.

She enjoys offering massage therapy as an alternative health care for pain management, stress management, sports therapy, and for clients who want to benefit from therapeutic touch overall.

Stacy focuses on, but is not limited to, migraine and tension headache relief, occupational stress and wellness, motor vehicle accident recovery, chronic pain, neck pain and whiplash injuries, back pain, sports related injuries, and abdominal massage for gastrointestinal disorders. As well as cupping massage and sports therapy techniques, she uses tapotement, trigger point release, and deep tissue massage in her treatments.

Stacy is a member of the Canadian National Wingsuit Team (2017 and 2018). She holds various women’s records in the sport (2015-2017), and enjoys the chance to travel for training and competition within North America and Europe.
